Luko Vegula
MBA, CPA-T - Managing Partner
Luko is passionate in ensuring that all transactions of the client companies are tax efficient. Luko has over 10 years’ experience in Tax Consultancy, Auditing and Accounting Services. He was involved in complex strategic consultancy in various sectors including construction companies, banks, mining and donor funded projects including World Bank Projects. Before Joining Tron & Co, Luko had long experience as a Tax and Finance director in various Complex Companies. Luko is a registered Tax Consultant and Associate member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania.
Gregory Mabina
ACCA - Partner
Gregory has more than 10 years of post- qualification in the field of Auditing, Accounting and Tax Consultancy. Prior to joining the firm, Gregory had acquired long experience in Accounting and Tax as he held different posts in several multinational organizations including international professional firm in both the UK and Tanzania. He has successfully managed various Tax Consultations, Audits and Accounting Services undertaken by the firm. He joined the firm from Acacia Gold. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) from the United Kingdom
Philemon Msuya
CPA-T - Partner
Phil believes people are capable of incredible things, if they have the support they need. He is in charge of the firm’s Strategy and Operations section, usually at his best when he gets to provide support , build the structure and advocate for others to achieve their goals .He is a finance and accounting professional in donor funded projects, proficiency in World Bank, European Union and RBF funded projects

Dan has senior marketing and sales management experience with five years of experience in sales, marketing campaigns, brand management and development of associates. He has been involved in number of Hospitality and Tourism Industry roles in the same capacity. He is great at team management skills and manpower trainings. He is always able to bring people together to achieve a common goal
